Delete wins 2018 Sitecore Experience Award for Best use of Personalisation
After winning two prestigious awards last year, we’re delighted to announce that we have won another at the 2018 Sitecore Experience Awards for our work with leading UK Property Business Carter Jonas.
Recognising the leading global brands who are maximising the use of Sitecore, the Sitecore Experience Awards focuses on ‘customer-centric digital environments that boost business results with highly personalised, creative and innovative experiences’.
For our recent work with Carter Jonas, Delete has been chosen as the UK winner, in the Best Use of Personalisation category. We’re thrilled to be included alongside excellent brands and agencies from every corner of the globe.
The Best Use of Personalisation category recognises those who have created an exceptional personal user experience which has increased brand value and performance. This may be a user experience that is tailored to the user’s location, inbound channel, subsequent visits, visitor profiling, user journey, multi-channel interactions or more.
To secure this award, Delete had to demonstrate excellent use of collecting and connecting customer interaction data from different channels and applications, as well as delivering experiences that enhance customer engagement through personalisation.
The Carter Jonas customer engagement platform saw Delete work towards a business ambition to ‘create the best website in the property industry’ with customer experience at its core. Working towards this goal, Delete redefined Carter Jonas’ website, using a combination of Sitecore and Microsoft Dynamics to deliver a first-class user experience and property search functionality like no other. We also wanted to create a more streamlined access to the wealth of services that Carter Jonas offer, in which personalisation was key in achieving.
Customer & User Profiling was used to its full potential, being used to pre-populate call-to-actions including market appraisal forms and offer forms. As well as this, custom landing pages were created to benefit different customer types, contributing to a natural customer navigation path. When paired with our completely revitalised site design, SEO innovation and seamless data flow, this all contributed to a large increase in online market appraisal enquiries and the overall site conversion rate.
