Delete’s Solution Architect Awarded Kentico MVP 2020
We are delighted to announce that Dmitry Bastron, our Solution Architect, has been awarded a Kentico ‘Most Valued Professional’ (MVP) status this year, meaning he’ll promote and support Kentico to an evangelical level and exhibit his high level of competency with the technology product.
Dmitry is being honoured for his continued contributions to the Kentico community, Kentico marketplace and the passion he consistently exhibits in helping customers succeed with their digital transformation needs. In addition to his developer contributions, Dmitry encourages other developers to understand online marketing with Kentico and undertake online marketing courses.
We are super proud that Dmitry has been recognised this year. He is now just one of thirteen Kentico MVPs globally, and one of only four Kentico MVPs in the UK.
On the win, James Gallimore, Head of Solutions at Delete, commented: “The whole team is so proud of Dimitry’s achievements and the fact they have been recognised by the platform creator’s top awards. We set out to create an industry-leading Solutions team and this award, on top of the results generated by Dmitry and the team, suggest we are doing that.”
Discussing the award this week, Dmitry said: “I’m incredibly honoured to be recognised as one of Kentico’s Most Valuable Professionals. I’ve worked towards this goal over the last four years and encouraged other developers in my team to join. The result of our effort is a huge increase in successful certifications of the Delete technical team in the last twelve months and a stronger awareness of Kentico features and capabilities amongst our clients.”
Dmitry also said: “I wanted to say big thank you, Ondrej Polesny, other MVPs, especially to Trevor Fayas, Brian McKeiver, Devid te Kloese, Ilesh Mistry and Matt Nield. I enjoyed collaborating with you, learning from you and I hope you found my contribution useful. I like being engaged and I believe in the Kentico community because it helps to drive the platform in the right direction, making Kentico better and more competitive every year.”
The MVP Award enables Dmitry to gain exclusive access to all Beta programs and the Kentico product group, where he can continue to offer the very best development, recommendations, and support to all of our clients across projects.
As a Kentico Gold Partner and regular winner of Kentico Site of the Month and Site of the Year awards, Delete is thrilled to add further credibility to our abilities as a digital agency that creates exceptional solutions. It gets the year off to a fantastic start as we continue to work on exciting projects for an impressive client portfolio.
What does the MVP mean?
Becoming a Kentico MVP is a difficult task that requires an exceptional level of commitment to the Kentico platform, as well as an outstanding level of assistance to others with their advanced knowledge and experience.
Each year hundreds of developers participate in online forums, DevNet Q&A’s, user group presentations, and many other activities to assist the Kentico community. While Kentico has a tremendous amount of involvement throughout the community, each year they recognise a handful of developers who have gone above and beyond with their contributions.
What does this mean for Delete’s clients?
The award and recognition highlights the hard work and commitment of Dmitry to the Kentico community, but also the wider team of Kentico developers at Delete who support Dmitry and our clients with their Kentico expertise.
Dmitry is passionate about Kentico technology, and is particularly enthusiastic about the out of the box features and platform reliability compared to other CMS.
Kentico CMS is an affordable Web Content Management and Customer Experience Management solution providing a complete set of features for building websites, community sites, intranets and on-line stores on the Microsoft ASP.NET platform. It supports WYSIWYG editing, workflows, multiple languages, full-text search, SEO, on-line forms, image galleries, forums, groups, blogs, polls, media libraries and is shipped with 330+ configurable Web parts. It’s currently used by more than 12,000 websites in 87 countries.
What’s next for Dmitry?
As an MVP, Dmitry will be asked to speak at conferences and contribute to online discussions and forums whilst writing blogs and other content to assist the development community. He will continue to promote Kentico as a preferred platform, test new features, and provide feedback on the platform and offer recommendations.
We’re really excited to see what achievements Dmitry makes in his new status.
