Our brief was to devise a digital strategy and web platform that met the needs of all of the group’s businesses. The web experience had to balance the presentation of the agency’s talent, services and news whilst retaining an exclusive feel through it’s user experience.
With a focus on mobile interaction the experience needed to work seamlessly across devices and deliver fast, up to date information to a time poor audience.
Working closely with the stakeholders of each of the group’s businesses we focused on uncovering universal needs and objectives across the group, allowing us to devise the primary architecture of the content and user experience. Our strategy was to encourage users to navigate through both talent and service driven pathways, encouraging the opportunity to constantly discover more.
The blend of high quality service and roster presentation mixed with frequently published editorial content ensures a unique digital experience in the sector.
The new site is completely optimised for mobile and tablet interaction as the majority of users are accessing on mobile devices. We adopted a mobile first design approach throughout to ensure content, interaction and technology were all considered with mobile at the heart.
