Royal Canin wanted to move away from a disparate marketing message across 59 worldwide markets to build a consistent brand story on a unified digital platform.

Approach

We consolidated 15 content management systems and 14 product repositories, aligning a wealth of data, understanding consumption and ranking product popularity. The result is a global multilingual digital infrastructure to communicate consistent messaging to pet owners across all markets.
